Order Withdrawal

Effective: 21 July 2026

1. Before dispatch

Cancellation requests submitted before your order leaves our harvest desk are usually accepted without charge. Use Track & Support or email veggies@appilythirtythree.com with your order number.

2. After dispatch

Once vegetables are handed to the courier, cancellation is not possible. You may refuse delivery only where permitted by courier policy; refused perishable orders may not qualify for refund.

3. Partial cancellation

Removing individual items from a packed order is not supported after checkout. Place a new order for additional items instead.
