Harvest Desk Terms

1. Agreement scope

These Harvest Desk Terms apply when you browse, register, or purchase fresh vegetables across garden greens, earth harvest roots, vine gourds, brassica benches, pepper patches, bulb stems, and specialty market lots through Appily thirtythree. Completing checkout confirms that you accept this agreement in full.

2. Merchant identity

This storefront is operated by APPILY THIRTYTHREE HARVEST DESK PRIVATE LIMITED trading as Appily thirtythree. Registered correspondence address: Stall 33, Harvest Arcade, Garden Lane Market, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600001.

3. Catalogue and pricing

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and reflect the pack weight or count shown on each product page.
• Photographs represent typical produce; natural variation in size, colour, and shape may occur between harvest batches.
• When a listed variety is unavailable, an equivalent vegetable of equal or greater value may be substituted with prior notice where possible.

4. Buyer requirements

Account registration and checkout require a verified email address. Purchasers must be eighteen years or older, or buy under supervision of a legal guardian.

5. Order formation

• A binding contract forms when prepaid payment succeeds or Cash on Delivery is confirmed on screen.
• Accepted payment methods are UPI and Cash on Delivery where courier partners permit.
• Any COD handling charge appears on the checkout summary before submission.

6. Perishable produce notice

Fresh vegetables are perishable goods. Shelf life after delivery depends on variety, transit duration, ambient temperature, and how produce is stored at receipt. We cannot guarantee identical weight or dimensions for every item in a lot.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes relating to orders placed here fall under courts near our Chennai registration address.
