Crate Delivery Policy

1. Packing standard

Vegetables are packed in breathable liners and rigid outer crates to reduce bruising. Delicate greens may include moisture pads; root crops are separated from leafy items where practical.

2. Dispatch windows

Orders are typically dispatched within one to two business days after payment confirmation, subject to harvest availability and courier serviceability to your PIN code.

3. Shipping charges

• Prepaid orders: free shipping as shown at checkout.
• Cash on Delivery: a handling fee may apply and is disclosed before you place the order.

4. Delivery attempts

Couriers may attempt delivery during business hours. Perishable goods should be received promptly. Repeated failed attempts may result in return to origin without refund of perished produce.

5. Remote areas

Some PIN codes may experience extended transit times. Estimated delivery appears at checkout where data is available from our logistics partners.
